Open Company Auditions

Ballet Academy of South Texas (204 North Main Street)
Registration begins at 4:00 pm and audition class begins at 4:30 pm.

  • Dancers must be 10 years of age by September 1, 2024
  •  Female auditioners should wear a black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes. 
  • Bring pointe shoes if appropriate for training level.  
  • Males should wear black tights, white t-shirt and black ballet shoes.

VBT is a non-profit organization whose mission is to further the art of dance in the Victoria area.  Productions each year include “The Nutcracker” and Spring Gala in addition to “Spooktacular” and “Peter & the Wolf” in collaboration with the Victoria Symphony.  The company is a member of Regional Dance America Southwest.
